Troubleshooting Genesis Trigger Issues

Trigger is stuck

1. Open the phaser and see if anything is blocking the trigger from moving.
2. Check the magnet is still in place in the plastic housing. 
3. Replace the trigger or spring to see if that fixes the issue

Phaser not firing

Your trigger pulls, but the phaser does not fire.

1. Make sure the phaser is detecting your hand to allow the phaser to fire
2. Open the phaser casing and make sure the magnet is still in the plastic housing. 
   1. If it is missing, replace the trigger. 
3. Replace the trigger as the magnet could be faulty.
4. Replace the phaser mainboard as it may not be detecting the trigger sensor anymore.
