Why is my phaser frozen or unresponsive?
Usually a power cycle of the phaser is enough to fix this issue.
If you turn the phaser off and back on again and it doesn't fix the issue, something more serious may be going on. Instead of guessing which part to replace, contact Delta Strike support. You can do this by asking the chatbot to transfer you , by sending an email to help@deltastrike.com, or by calling 888-538-2519 and choosing option 1 for support.
